Developmental Leadership Coaching

Every leader has the capacity to create spaces of integrity, trust, and shared power—even amidst tension and uncertainty. Through this coaching journey, I’ll guide you to develop the skills to:

As a Presence-Based Coach in the process of certifying with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I bring a deeply empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to leadership development. Coaching Options

1:1 Leadership Coaching

  • A focused, personalized approach to help you embody your leadership values and navigate complexity with integrity.

  • Includes two 1-hour sessions per month over a minimum commitment of 6 months.

1:1 Leadership Coaching + Team Dynamics Facilitation

  • Combines individual coaching with quarterly facilitated meetings for your team, cultivating trust, transparency, and stronger team dynamics.

  • This option spans a 1-year coaching partnership, with two 1-hour individual session per month and team facilitation sessions every quarter.


What to Expect
This coaching partnership is designed to honor your unique goals while creating meaningful, lasting outcomes that benefit both you and those you lead. Together, we’ll work to build a culture of fairness, collaboration, and mutual respect.

Sessions are flexible and can be conducted via Zoom, or in person at your office or mine in Asheville, NC.
