I am a nonjudgmental observer and an experienced facilitator and guide in these processes. I support your deeper understanding and confidence to show up in integrity as you navigate difficult situations, tense relationships and high stress environments. I love to witness the repair and enrichment of relationships and culture shifts in your life and workplace.

A Leadership or Team Coaching relationship includes a minimum of 6 months commitment.  The topics are set by the individual's goals and focused on lasting and satisfying outcomes for all involved.  Sessions can be done via phone, Skype, Zoom, or in person.
