Conflict is an every day part of work and life.  Having simple and effective strategies for identifying the root cause and finding satisfying resolution for all involved is a valuable tool for any team.  I provide engaging, collaborative, active, and informative training for many different types of conflict encountered on a daily basis.

    • Because this is a “canned” training that can be delivered in-person or virtually, it tends to be an affordable, fast and accessible way to provide teams of people with a shared framework and tools for conflict navigation.

  • Custom workshop collaborative build

    • Work with me to name a number of factors that your organization can use more practice and education around and we can collaboratively design an agenda, timeline and follow-through plan to make a training investment that is right for you.

Special note: *Simple training is not an appropriate alternative to deeper organizational culture work. If you are finding ongoing conflict within the workplace that does not feel generative or healthy, then a more in-depth consulting and coaching approach is recommended to make sustainable changes within your organization.
